AutoRenew has been broken for at least a year

Hello LimeProxies. Every month, we have enough $$ in our account, and are configured to autorenew.
Every month, the renewal comes up, and at 5pm at the end of that month, we get errors because we can no longer authenticate to LimeProxies. Every month, we then have to login and ask support to address the issue.
When I personally have gone through this process, I've complained to the CHAT support who says, yeah, we'll address soon.
When will this be fixed? Is there something misconfigured in our account? How can this get resolved?
